Real pigments are applied to fine paper. These prints are state of the art and made one by one. Turtle Heart is a pioneer, the first American Indian to produce original tribal art in the Giclee process or to have digital images published internationally. His work in this regard is archived as a historical accomplishment in the Smithsonian Institute Permanent Collection of Computer History.
