April - 18 September there are direct flights from Milano and Rome and other cities to Pantelleria on big commercial jetliners.

Rest of the year: flights from Palermo and Traponi twice each day on small commuter aircraft.

Ferry boat from Traponi, Naples, Palermo and other locations in Italy.

Winter and Spring are very magical moments to visit this island. It is quiet with very few tourists; what you would call the "off season".
